Residents of Chatham Courts are responsible for electricity, gas and cable or internet service.  WC Smith will handle all sewer, water and trash fees.

Renters insurance is not required, but we strongly recommend it. It can help you repair or replace your personal property due to many types of damage or theft. Rental insurance ranges from about $75.00 to $150.00 per year and you are welcome to use any company you prefer. WC Smith property insurance will not cover your belongings.

We have multiple ways to pay rent. You can pay through your online resident portal, or bring a check or money order to our leasing office.
